Halloween isn’t just for kids — in our house, it’s a full-on Howl-o-ween celebration complete with costumes, treats, and plenty of laughter (mostly at the girls’ expressions once they realize I’ve dressed them up again).
This year, the pack is ready for spooky season in style:
Nellie took on the role of the world’s most dramatic ghost 👻 — staring into the distance like she’s reflecting on all the treats she hasn’t received yet.
Olive transformed into the Witch of Treat Mountain, broom in paw and ready to cast spells that magically refill the treat jar.
Mya, our wise pack leader, stepped into her role as the Regal Lion of the Leaf Pile Kingdom, surveying her yard like the queen she is. 🦁🍂
Between pumpkin sniffing, costume adjustments (“Mom, why is there fabric on my head?”), and Olive making sure everyone saw her outfit first, we managed to get some of my favorite fall photos yet.
🎃 Question for you:
Are you dressing your pup(s) up for Halloween?
Even better — are you brave enough to take them trick-or-treating? I’m tempted to let the girls try a few houses… mostly to see if people will actually hand out dog treats.
Drop your costume plans or Halloween tradition ideas below — I’d love to hear them!

From lion roars to witchy wiggles and one spooky little ghost — Halloween at our house is all treats and just a little bit of chaos. 🧡🎃👻
